Refund policy

Please send us an email and let us know if there is an issue, and we will do our best to resolve it for you asap.
Here is our return policy:
- You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase.
- Please make sure the item is in the original package or condition and all tags are attached and not worn or used.
- Please request Authorization from us on your purchase history page or by sending an email to sales@jvalintin.com so we can process your refund or exchange request promptly and properly.
- We can provide a prepaid Return label, and the fee will be deducted from the refund amount once we receive the return.
- If the reason for your return is due to our mistake, we will be happy to send you a prepaid return shipping label to make the process easier for you.
- International Buyers are responsible for any Customs fees or import taxes, and duties that may apply to their purchase. We do not issue any refund for any Customs fees and taxes in case of returns, as these charges are not applied by us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item Unless the issue was caused by our company or there is a defect on products in very rare cases. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
